This was truly a horrible experience! Don't waist your time seeing this Dr. Her bedside manner is horrible! Not only were they late getting my daughter back for her appointment but Dr. Rogers made it seem as if our visit was a waist of her time and had the nerve to comment continuesly that the appointment should have been made at a later date. And this wasn't something my daughter should have missed school for. The office also never followed up on the prescription that she gave my daughter.

Waste, I truly wish I could leave no stars. My daughter had an appointment with Dr. Rogers at 12:00, at 12:50 when my daughter had still not been seen or even checked on, not even an explanation, or an "we're running late," I demanded to speak to the office manager. She seemed clueless and did not know the doctor failed to attend to a patient. This practice by far has THE WORST customer service I have ever seen. I missed hours from work, and my daughter missed hours from school for nothing.

She does not have the best bedside manner. The first thing she told me was that I had to make another appointment to see her as she had only 15 minutes with me. She minimized my concerns and did not really answer my questions. I usually have great rapport with doctors but left this visit feeling irritated and unheard.

Astoundingly unhelpful. I'm amazed she's a full-fledged, practicing doctor who has seen patients for this long. If you're reading this, don't bother wasting your time and money. She will breeze in, give you a vague generic treatment that your PCP could have told you, and then proceed to tell you why do patients ask me what it (in my case, a healing rash) was? I don't know, before breezing out. Bottom line - she's not a doctor who will truly listen and actually attempt to practice medicine.

Dr Rogers and the aide working with her were both unpleasant to conversate with, she began to display a subtly rude attitude once I started asking questions outside of the scope that she was prepared to answer. Does not show exhibit the requisite level of patience that one would expect of an experienced physician. She's got that burned out and ready to retire demeanor. I recommend taking your business for dermatology and also any other urgent care matters elsewhere in Ashburn.
