Poor. Office staff is strange, talk to friends on the phone. Dr did not help me with my sleep issues at all. No follow up from office. If you have insomnia of any kind go elsewhere

Much like other reviews Dr. Stanley is great, but her staff is rude and unprofessional. Recieved a letter threatening collections because her staff failed to charge my C.C. before the expriation date. They admitted their mistake, but like anyone I do not want my credit tampered with over an office staff procedure issue. Not planning on returning.

This office has the rudest staff I have ever encountered. They made you feel like you were putting them out when you called with a question or request for a refill. The doctor is nice enough, but should not be called a pulmonolgist. Went to her for over a year, and could not make a diagnosis. Made me incredibly anxious throughout the process. Had me do unnecessary expensive testing (PET scan) and still no diagnosis. Wanted to do a very invasive diagnostic procedure that is not commonly done.

I arrive for my appointment, saw the doctor and she was very nice as a person. They were supposed to call in meds for asthma, never did. Second appointment, my records were shredded Then was told that sorry, but I no longer accept your insurance. Gives me trial meds and going to call in other medications. Never did. I called, emailed, no response. I stated I understand you made an exception, I will find another doctor can you at least call in a script for my trip. Never heard back.

I would give 0 stars if possible 1 Very rude and unprofessional office staff! Office manager yelled at me when I called to ask for 1 refill on daughter sleep meds. We just learned that they charged $16,985 to insurance and $2400 to us for one sleep study and $9,500 to insurance and $1000 to us for another sleep study. They get paid the big bucks and don't care about a child not getting any sleep. We've had to go to other doctor's for help and pay out of pocket for other therapies that work! They

I saw her for a few years for treatment of sleep apnea. Recently, I had become extremely frustrated when, after 3 months of dealing with a chronic cough, she was unable to make a diagnosis. This was even after endless, repetitive, often unnecessary testing. Getting sicker, i decided to get a second opinion. Upon my first visit, I was given a preliminary diagnosis which was confirmed quickly. I am extremely grateful to my new pulmonologist for his thoroughness in his care.

I struggled for years with snoring and having headaches and virtually no energy in the afternoon hours. I met Dr. Stanley and she advised me to complete a sleep study where I learned I had over 70 apneas within an hour of sleep time and wasn't reaching quality REM sleep. I was put on a CPAP and eventually a BIPAP at it involved some adjustment to get use to the device. After a few months it became "life-changing." My energy level is vastly improved and I seldom take naps. She's a great doc.

Dr. Stanley is nice enough, but need to he a better sleep doctor. Went to her for three years, and each year walked out with no new information or help. Her office also isn't very helpful.

She spent less than 30 minutes with me regarding sleep habits, and billed $190. All she did was give me a referral to participate in a sleep study, ask some questions about sleeping habits (the same ones my PCP asked) and take my blood pressure.
