I met Dr. Mormak a few months ago and she diagnosed me with PMDD and did my yearly pap. Her original treatment for the PMDD did not work out, so I went back to see her this week to get some more insight into this disorder and to see what other options I'd have for treatment. After talking with her today, I will not be going back to her and plan on finding a different OBGYN. It was like she didn't even want to try to help me, nor did she listen to my symptoms or ask many questions. She was condescending and very short with me. I left her office feeling very frustrated and let down. I'm disappointed because I missed work for that appointment and paid out of pocket, as I don't have insurance at the moment. I was hopeful that she wanted to help me find a solution but she actually said to me "If you don't want to take SSRI's then there's no reason for us to be talking." I couldn't believe it. She's rude and uncaring. Hard to believe she cares about women's health.

I just learned that Dr. Mormak has left FABEN and I'm rather upset about this. I was seen by her earlier this year because Dr. Caccam, my usual OBGYN (and definitely one of the best!) was out of office. I had that visit and then a follow-up and both times, Dr. Mormak was compassionate and took her time with me and answered all of my questions. I'm not sure why she received so many negative reviews on here and I wish I had left this review sooner, but I hope she didn't leave due to a 'squeaky wheels'.

I had an IUD placed with Dr.Mormak and it was one of the most excruciatingly painful experiences I've had to endure. After the procedure, I could hardly walk to my car and I sat in the parking lot and sobbed until I was able to drive. The pain didn’t subside until several hours later. Dr. Mormak informed me that my IUD was not in the correct place and that it would eventually correct itself within a month. Furthermore, she had cut my IUD strings so short that they were slicing and causing my boyfriend to bleed during intercourse. I went to see her again and she provided me with no answers. She looked at my strings and told me that she couldn't cut them any shorter and that they would eventually curl around my cervix. When this issue continued to occur, I decided to see another gynecologist. They explained to me that the only way to fix this issue was to remove and replace my IUD. Furthermore, cutting the strings short made it more challenging to remove the IUD.

Got a biopsy done and did not care when I asked her to walk me through the steps since I was nervous. Took the Stitches while I was screaming in pain. She has no compassion.

This doctor was amazing! She was extremely down to earth, easy to talk to, and explained everything very clearly. We had an issue with some false positive test results and she made it extremely clear she would take care of the error on their side. She seemed to truly care about us and our pregnancy and my wife and I would highly recommend.

Dr Mormak doesn't listen to patients needs, shows no compassion?, has a horrible bedside manner and is quick to diagnose without care. I'm surprised faben obgyn hired her. Will not help you with your issue and wastes your time and money. I would not recommend Dr Mormak to my worst enemy.

Dr. Mormak is very down to earth and fun! She always jokes around laughs with me! I'm going into my 20th week of pregnancy so I have seen her a couple of times! It's awesome sharing experiences and milestones in our pregnancy! And how cool is it to have a pregnant doctor going through the same things you're going through?! Love her!

I would not recommend Dr. Mormak. No bedside manners, no compassion. Will make a diagnosis by judgement, without asking questions or taking the time to learn your medical history or taking the time to learn more about you as the patient.
