Intelligent doctor. He found what a barium-swallow test could not! I’m grateful for his expertise.

Dr. Zacheis was rude and condescending. Unrupt with answers to my concerns. Gave impression that I was wasting his time. I’ve been a patient of his partners in the past, all had great bedside manners and provided outstanding medical care. Too bad they weren't available to see me on short notice. I should have seen the red flag when Dr. Zacheis’ schedule was so open. Entire staff excellent at West Silverbell office. All very friendly and helpful. I will NEVER recommend Dr. Zacheis to anyone

His bedside manner and concerned interaction left a lot to be desired. Didn’t want to prescribe a medication he thought was good because he might have to take the extra step to justify it to insurance. All about him and not about what was best for me.

I visited Dr. Zacheis at his Carondelet location. The staff is friendly and helpful. I arrived about 20 minutes early and the doctor actually saw me 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment...when does that ever happen? Dr. Zacheis is very knowledgeable, detailed and careful. He took the time not only to do a full examination but spent as much time as I needed discussing my treatment and options. This guy definitely knows his stuff.

Dr. Zacheis saw my daughter after she had been having issues with a swollen lymph node. We had just learned there was a family history with thyroid cancer. My daughter is 18 and goes to school in AZ-so I was counting on the doctor to be kind. Dr. Zacheis dismissed everything she said and when she wanted to show him the text detailing the family history, he told her he didn't have time for that. Really?

I saw the earlier other comments about Dr. Zacheis, and I went with trepidation, but he was on my insurance and I could get a quick appointment with him. IT was all good. He explained everything, he provided the medicine that seemed right per my research on line, he was pleasant. My hearing is just about all the way back. I would recommend him and I would visit him in the future if I needed to.

Dr. Zacheis and his M.A are amazing and so caring. I had been to another ENT and was so disgusted by his whole mannerism. My experience with Dr. Zacheis was so easy and he is so east to talk too. This is my new and will remain my E.N.Thank you Dr. Zacheis and staff.

Dr. Zacheis has moved to Tucson,AZ and is practicing with the Carlson ENT Associates. On my first visit, he easily analyzed my problem and offered three alternative solution. We discussed details of his recommendations and agreed upon surgical removal. The surgery went very well and recovery was essentially painless. I would gladly recommend Dr Zacheis to friends and relatives.
