Dr. Thordarson is a very skilled surgeon and his team is wonderful and caring. This is my second bunion surgery and it was clear to me as soon as I was out of surgery how effective he was at correcting the issue. I find Dr. Thordarson and his staff to be some of the best in the country and I highly recommend him for anyone considering foot or ankle surgery.

Very friendly. Easy to talk to. Answers questions. Does his best to be on time, but at one appointment I did have to wait a considerable amount of time. His staff is gracious and helpful and will actually warn you if it looks like you’re going to be stuck there for a bit. It was an excellent surgical experience. I expect that The healing will be complete.

Dr. Thordason was fantastic, he was able to look at my MRI and diagnose me in a matter of minutes when I spent 10 months and at least 6 other doctors being told I was crazy and nothing was wrong.

One week down one week to go!! So far so awesome!!! As long as I don't keep it lower than 90 degrees for too long ZERO pain!! Without drugs!! Dr David B Thordarson at Cedars Sinai (an Orthopedist who specializes in feet) is my hero!! When he said the surgery would ELIMINATE the pain I have dealt with in my left big toe joint since the DUI crash in 84', I figured he was not being straightforward....who knew! I see him next week to learn about the next step (so to speak)...
