Very satisfied with my appointment. Took the time to answer all questions and address all present concerns.
in Springfield, PA |
He was referred to me by an ER doctor. Soonest appointment was a month from when I called. Sent me to get a MRI and MRA, called the next day and rushed through telling me my diagnosis, requested a call back from him 3 times with no returned call. No guidance given when told a CT Angiogram was needed; staff/associate seemed annoyed when answering questions. There was one staff member who assisted me and was helpful/kind. Overall, I was not pleased with his bedside manner or his associate's.
New Castle, DE |
I would not recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone, worst bedside manner of any doctor I have visited. Now 9 weeks has past since I had a test done, and despite calling his office requesting a written report of the test findings, no report and no call back. On a recent visit he was more interested in finding the recent winning lottery number from the staff, with a full waiting room. Professionalism is not his strong suit, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MANY OTHER COMPETENT NEUROLOGISTS.
in Wallingford, PA |
Dr. Thomas was great making adjustments to my Moms medication that was causing her confusion and other issues during a long hospitalization. We collaborated everyday on her care since I am her Caregiver and Advocate. Dr. Thomas showed great interest in how Parkinson's effected her condition and how medication was given prior to the hospitalization and our plan for home. My Mom has had no confusion since and is doing quite well considering what she has been through.
in Media, PA |
Have been going to him for years. Always a great experience. He explains things in a way that makes sense and spends more time than most doctors do with patients.
Marcus Hook, PA |
He has a terrible bedside manner.
in Philadelphia, PA |
Very helpful and caring in treating my mother. Seems to really know what he is talking about. Office was nice.
