My son has been seeing Dr. Sycamore for two years. His staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I love that so many are trained to check on my son after his shot. It makes the waiting time much less. My daughter also had her tonsils and adenoids removed by Dr. Sycamore. He did a great job preparing us for what to expect. He made sure everything was smooth the day of by having her be one of the first patients. That way she wasn’t fasting too long while awake. It was really thoughtful.

The office staff gave out a very unprofessional vibe. There was too much idle chatter in the waiting area, and a very long wait time even though I had an appointment. The assistant who saw me first barely made eye contact with me and asked me a barrage of questions. They made me do a test which took seven tries to get right, and I didn't feel confident that the reading was taken correctly. The doctor made a diagnosis that didn't seem correct to me, so I am seeking out another specialist.

Where to begin? Seemed knowledgeable and experienced but 90 days post-op and the treated condition has returned. Not entirely the docs fault, but disappointing. Biggest issue is business office and billing company. After having been pre-approved by the insurance carrier weeks prior we were required to rush to the office at 4:45pm and remit payment or the doc would not operate the following day. Now 4 mos later still waiting to be reimbursed $1,400. So avoidable. No apology just excuses.

Scheduled and "verified insurance" for my appointment. Even rescheduled the appointment. Show up today to be told they only take my insurance for kids. Ridiculous! Had to arrange different ways to get my kids to their schools for this! In tears. Unprofessional!

This is a wonderful family doctor who saved my daughter's life. She was misdiagnosed by other doctors who didn't do the right test. By the time he diagnosed her, she was in stage 3 with a rare cancer: nasopharyngeal carcinoma. She was a national championship winner and head cheerleader in high school with many hopes and dreams of the future. She's currently in remission. He restored my faith in modern medicine. I thank our heavenly Father and Son and Holy Spirit for this doctor. God bless him

I was referred to Dr. Sycamore for a larynx examination (laryngoscope). I have a SEVERE phobia of having anything up my nose, but Dr. Sycamore was calm, patient and understanding, painlessly getting done what needed to be done and even making me chuckle in the process. Very competent.

I'm a health care professional and can appreciate a good doctor when I find one. Dr. Sycamore is a good doctor. During my 1st visit he was very thorough, explained everything very well and never made me feel as if he was rushing off to the next pt. There was confusion during my 2nd visit. I was set for a sinus CT and his scheduler didn't tell me the correct cost for the procedure. So, at the appt I was upset. Dr. Sycamore took notice and did EVERYTHING to make it right. I was very pleased!
