I would definitely recommend Dr. Swett and Austin Heart. Dr. Swett and the staff were very thorough in the examination and something I think is very important is they also listened to my concerns. I have other appointments set up with additional test scheduled and the staff handling the administration of this did an excellent job.

Dr. Swett is extremely thorough, thoughtful, and personable. He talks with you as a patient and listens to your concerns. He takes his time and does not rush. I felt he genuinely cared about me, my family history, and my concerns related to my heart. I was relieved for the evaluations he recommended, the ease in scheduling the recommended appointments, and that a follow-up visit with him was scheduled for afterward. I know many people who see him and he was highly recommended, along with Austin Heart.

I have been seeing Doctor Swett for years and I have been very pleased! Doctor Swett is not the kind of doctor that comes into the room your in and says ok, ok, ok and then leaves. He takes the time to sit and talk with you and explains your health issues very clearly. He also will refer you to other specialists for other health issues you may have. I don't think he orders more test than what is needed. He always makes sure his staff checks with your insurance cover to make sure the test will be covered and at what cost for you. So if you are looking for a Cardiologist I honestly believe you can't go wrong with Doctor Swett.
