Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Surdyka "I listen carefully to my patients and do my best to hear the problem as it relates to their life. As an orthopedic surgeon, it is my job to reduce pain and maximize function, using my knowledge, experience, and technical skill. I strive to educate my patients with an understandable, non-technical explanation of the diagnoses and treatment options. If a condition is outside my scope of practice, I will find a doctor that can help."
