This office is very disorganized. I've had 3 appointments and each time they said my appointment was messed up - one time the doctor was even on vacation. They blamed the computer system every time. There were multiple errors in my medical records, which they blamed on the computer. When I asked to have the serious errors corrected, they said that could only be done by the provider on vacation. I paid my bill, and I have a receipt, but now they have billed me again for the visit.
