Since Covid everything has gone to Zoom sessions & that works great because I’ve moved out of state. Want to keep using their services until I can transition to a new provider in Colorado. Needed a medication change & was given new prescription only to be told after the fact that they no longer send them out of state. Office staff is unbelievably rude & doesn’t seem to care or understand the issue that they created nor did they show any interest in helping solve my problem. Totally unacceptable that my provider there prescribed something that I cannot get filled. Will be filing a complaint with state of Oklahoma.

We took our daughter to at least 5 different mental health specialists and none of them were able to pinpoint what was causing her tantrums and poor performance in school. Instead of a generic ADD diagnosis, Dr. Shadid evaluated our daughter and found she had a combination of ODD and depression. He prescribed and fine tuned medication for her and she is now able to function much closer to normal. We continue to work with Dr. Shadid for medication management and pleased to work with him. PS - the office is very busy, so it may be difficult to have time for long counseling sessions.

Office waiting area is a slap in the face to patients. Chairs are ripped, worn and dirty. This is first sign of disrespect toward clients. It’s an easy fix but has been this way for a couple of years.

Dr. Shadid is caring, knowledgeable and professional. He's wonderful! His office staff, however, is consistently rude and unprofessional, aside from Cassie. She is great! The others treat patients as if they're inferior beings, sometimes by not saying hello or giving eye contact. As a mental health professional myself, I find this very disturbing. Office staff should undergo mental health sensitivity training. It's unfortunate that the office staff damper an otherwise excellent group of doctors.

We are very happy with Dr. Shadid and his staff. The girl in the front office who was rude is gone. We get our prescriptions in a timely manner. We get appointments when needed. We have seen 3 of the psychiatrists there. I suggest that as a mediator between my child and the psychiatrist, I use video of her behavior to show the doctor how she is behaving. I like to look up her medications and their interactions and side affects to be a good advocate for my child.
