Dr. Seymour received his bachelor's degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and his medical degree from Wright State University School of Medicine. He served his internship at Kettering Medical Center and his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Temple University and Moss Rehabilitation Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Seymour is Board Certified by both the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine Dr. Seymour is a member of the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnositc Medicine (AANEM) and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R)"

After more than a week from the ssurface electrodes shock that left bruises on me, my rt. upper arm hurts when it didn't hurt before, and it feels heavy, before it just tingled, but now a serious change has happened since he shocked me with the surface electrodes, and my rt.leg muscles hurt now...more
