Dr. Sears has worked hard to develop an adversarial relationship with me since I presented as a new patient in his office this year. I have had to wait from Jan 2 to get an intake appt eight wks later, 1st appt in May (20 min late) then rescheduled for Jun 15, during which time he refused to provide a specialist referral and also refused to consider removing inaccuracies in my chart. I've never sensed any compassion, cooperation. His boss said it best "we're not on your timeline, youre on ours"

The emotional stress and anger Dr. David A. Sears caused on our first meeting destroyed my faith and belief in HIV doctors. I had to get help from an ALRP attorney to write a complaint to the state medical board
