DO NOT USE this office for mobile covid tests. Promised us noon, never came, called at 6pm to reschedule for another day. Terrible communication. If you KNOW you wont make it - don't have us wait for 6 hours.

Unprofessional and rude! My arms are bruised from where they drew blood for the "24-hour" covid test that's not completed within 24 hours. There's no accountability there.

I had a covid-19 test by this office. I asked when I made the appointment if it would be the Sars PCR test. I was assured that it was. Well, it wasn't whmy surgeon's office received the results 2 days before my scheduled surgery. I had to run to the city (from Long Island) on a moments notice to get the proper PCR test. Also, This office is EXTREMELY disorganized! When you call them, they keep transferring you to other people and you could wait for literally one hour to get someone to speak to. And when you finally do, they lie to you!

Dr. Schechter is really easy to talk to, great bedside manner. He's the first doctor I've felt completely comfortable with in years, he actually values your comments and concerns, unlike many previous doctors I've seen who can be very dismissive of patient opinions. He really put me at ease and made me feel like my chronic condition is manageable which has helped me take the right steps to be healthier. His staff is great, it's super easy to get bloodwork, prescriptions, and records. Thanks Dr. Schechter, Angie, and Lauren!
