He completed his orthopaedic training in Phoenix, and is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Sanders passed his re-certification examination in 2007 with the highest possible score. He is a member and officer of the Arizona Orthopaedic Society, and has served as the orthopaedic director for Banner Surgery Centers of Arizona. He is also the president and two-time champion of the Hawaiian/Arizona Golf Club. Dr. Sanders practices general orthopaedics and has a special interest in adult and pediatric fracture management and arthroscopy. He joined Canyon in 1995."

Dr Sanders was very curt, and rude. He did not take even 3 minutes to tell me I had a torn meniscus and arthritis in my knee. The only reason he spoke to me longer than those 3 minutes was because I asked him questions about the surgery that he wanted to perform. I also asked about Pain medication(...more
