On 09/21/20 my 65 y.o. old mom saw Dr. Rudman for dizziness/blurred vision. The nurse examined her and seemed to suspect vertigo. However, the doctor - when he entered - was very cold. He himself did not examine my mother. He never even touched her. He remained seated in a chair - staring at her. When she told the doctor of her symptoms, regarding her blurred vision he told her, “I’m not an eye doctor.” As if blurred vision isn’t a symptom associated with suspected vertigo. When my mother asked if anything could be done to help her - he told her ‘no’ and recommended she take valium for anxiety. She didn’t come to him for anxiety. This was gross. ENTs can do in office exercises to treat suspected vertigo that can help alleviate a patient’s symptoms. None were done with my mother. My mother was hurt and felt unheard/disregarded. Don’t go to this guy. He doesn’t care or maybe he just didn’t care about my mother. Your insurance dollars are best directed elsewhere.

I’ve been very pleased with my experience over the past six months. From initial consultation to 5 months post surgery , Dr. Rudman has been responsive to questions & concerns and his medical assistants are all extremely helpful. I’ve received several direct calls from Dr. Rudman to either answer questions or to follow up after surgery. In addition, I’ve received follow up calls from Dr. Rudman’s medical assistant as well (even after hours). I’ve not experienced that with any other Dr/practice.

Dr David Rudman is a wonderful surgeon! He took fabulous care of my son before, during, and after his tonsillectomy--even calling the evening following the surgery to see how my son was feeling. The staff at Head & Neck Surgical Associates are kind and thoughtful. I am thankful for everything they have done for my son to live the pain free life we all deserve!
