Who’s your doctor?
I go see Dr.Ross and his staff 3 or 4 times a year. I’ve been doing that since around 2005. When I get there, before any Medicine or treatments, I start feeling better. That’s from the warm smiles and caring attention I get from the staff and Dr. Ross. Dr.Ross knows his medicine. I know that because I’m a tough case. But it takes more than pills and syrup. It takes a kind and caring doctor and staff. And that is why I go see Dr. Ross.

Detailed and professional
Asked lots of good questions, reviewed full history and gave several options that were not medicine only. I felt like Dr. Ross listened to my needs and desires and provided expertise to meet me where I was at. He did not suggest things that were not absolutely needed. I appreciated this approach.

Dr. Ross is one of the best our family has ever seen. He has correctly diagnosed our problems and has treated us with the appropriate treatment to correct every single issue or referred us in the right direction for over ten years. Problems ranging from RA to heart trouble, infections to flu. He has always shown professionalism but more importantly, he listens, let’s one ask questions, answers to our great satisfaction, and is one of the kindest men we’ve ever met! We highly recommend him!
