      The New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners on 05-07-2009 suspended the physician's license to practice medicine and surgery in the State of New Jersey effective 09-01-2009 for a period of two years with six months to be served as an active suspension and the remainder to be served as a period of probation. The board also restricted the physician's practice to treating end-stage kidney dialysis. The action was based on the physician's gross negligence, repeated acts of negligence, professional misconduct, and failure to comply with the board's regulations.
