This Doctor Cares
My initial visit with this Doctor started a little rocky as I was left in the waiting room for quite a while. When I asked the Front Desk what was going on, they said you still haven't been called? Within a few minutes, I was called by the check-in staff. Then things went very well, I was back in a room within 5 minutes and an intern came in and talked with me for a few minutes then the doctor came in and told me options and the outcomes, gave me his opinion, and left the room. A few minutes later the intern came back and asked if I had questions or if I had made up my mind, I told him I had and things were planned, set up, and I was out on my way home 10 minutes later. Later on, in my follow-up visit, the doctor asked about my first visit and I told him what happened in the waiting room, he was upset and called the staff and told them to look into the matter immediately as it was unacceptable performance.

I had to physically go to the office to get an appt. as my phone calls didn't get answered. Everybody there were very polite and I think I waited approx. 45 min. before I saw the Doctor. I had seen him 6 mo. prior for the same pain in my Left thumb/wrist area and got steroid injections both times. Dr. Rehak communicates the information to the pt. very well. This is a chronic condition for me so I'm sure I will be back again.

I fell and fractured my wrist at home around 12:30. I immediately called Dr Rehak’s office and they saw me at 13:30. Everyone from the front desk, nurses, x-ray, casting room, Dr Jason Dell or possibly Day and Dr Rehak were very nice, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr Rehak and the Hughston Clinic to everyone.

Dr. Rehak performed carpal and cubital surgery on me. Although he advised me to take a few days off, I was back at work the following day. I have experienced no numbness or pain since surgery. Dr. Rehak recently performed trigger finger surgery on me as well. By allowing the flexor tendon to move more freely, I now have full range of motion and all my grip strength back. The day after my surgeries, Dr. Rehak called me personally to check on my condition. His experience and expertise allowed me to return to the work I love, pain free. I would highly recommend Dr. Rehak to anyone with hand or elbow issues.

Dr. Rehak did an excellent job!! My surgery and recovery were without any problems. He is very professional and answered all my questions in the office and responded to my email with additional questions prior to proceeding with my surgery. The staff was also very professional. The Rehak Pitcrew are top notch. I was contacted the following day by the surgery center staff, the anesthesiologist and Dr. Rehak himself, that was a pleasant surprise. I will highly recommend Dr. Rehak.

He did surgery on my left hand where I cut the fingers with a table saw. I cut my small pinky finger tip off, cut index and middle fingers to the bone. It cut the tendons and nerves completely into. Dr. Rehak reattached the tendons and nerves back together. I have feeling and movement in all fingers and hand. He is one of the best doctors I have been associated with. I will highly recommend.
