Dr Ratliff took the time to really listen, fully explain and re-explain. He was helpful to the personal situation to a higher degree than a surgeon normally would be. (Additionally, although surgery might have been an option he helped us to make an informed choice not to have surgery

I met Dr. Ratliff in 2012 while he was working in WNY. I had carpal tunnel and had been given the run around with a different Dr. Seeing Dr Ratliff was the best choice I made. He was patient and kind while explaining the condition and avail options. After surgery he followed up to make sure that I was doing okay. I felt he really cares for his patients. He is knowledgeable and his ability to explain things is refreshing. I am sad to see he’s moved out of WNY and I have to find a new Dr.

Currently sitting in the ER b/c my 5 year old climbed up on the counter and came down with a bang on his arm and broke it bad! You can see the break, he hand and wrist were literally dangling! The ER called Dr. Ratcliffe in. He came in, cool calm & collective and told myself and my two teen children exactly what he had to do to the 5 year old and within 7-10 minutes executed the plan and fixed my boy up right real quick! And so genuinely cool! He’s a Wizard with busted bones!!!! I feel blessed!

I had a fall and broke my left radius. Dr Ratliff was the attending emergency room doctor... Lucky me. He repaired my wrist, the scar is hardly noticeable... I'm back to instructing all of my exercise classes. Dr Ratliff and staff provided excellent service. He was very empathetic with me, as well as very patient answering all my questions and concerns. Thank you Dr Ratliff for your excellent work.

He came in on a holiday weekend and took time away from his family to help me. He spent time explaining everything and was very helpful to my family. The care and attention I received from him was 5 stars. He kept an eye on everything during my stay at Valley. We wouldn't think of going to anyone else.
