I love Dr. Randall and Eric. I felt very comfortable with his professional concern and explanation of the procedures. It’s rare that I’ve ever had a doctor I trust completely, yet with Dr. Randall I felt completely at ease.

I love this man! He treated me for hip problems. Has a wonderful bedside manner. Excellent in his field! I had a procedure performed by Dr. Randall yesterday, (9/3/19. He is a piece of.... Rude and very demeaning. Did nothing to help with my elbow and shoulder injury. Wouldn't even see me my last visit, had another "doctor" see me. Told me there was nothing they can do to help and to go see another doctor. Worst doctor if you can call him that..ever. Just wanted to steal my insurance payment. Screw him

I had a horrible experience with a consultation with dr Randall. Had been experiencing severe hip and leg pain. Took my MRI for him to view but he wanted me to have a hip X-ray. After reviewing that he told me nothing was wrong and raised his voice at me about taking pain meds. I wasn't there to get pain meds, I wanted an answer to the cause of my pain. After 6 more months of suffering i found out I need a hip replacement. Will never see Dr. Randall for anything ever again!!

He was very demeaning. I went for a knee problem. I have torn both meniscus before in the same knee so I know what it feels like (locking up). He ordered another MRI (I had my PCP order one in October that I took with me). I went back for follow up and VERY abruptly said over and over very loud MAAM; THERE IS NO REASON YOUR KNEE SHOULD BE LOCKING UP ON YOU I would think a doctor would say something like huh that's strange; lets look into this a little more.

I had been going to Dr Weinar for 20+ years, and I tried to make an emergency appointment to see Dr Randall and his receptionist was very unhelpful and unaccommodating. She told me it would be a week before they could see me. I already had to go to the ER and I am in extreme pain. I told her that I needed to see someone as soon as possible and she just said I'm sorry, but that's all he has available. Very poor customer service for an established patient. I'll go to Memorial Hermann Ortho.
