Doctor Randall been my E.N T since 2003 and he's amazing love the staff there and my nurse is good and kind..

Is their a negative rating? I haven't stepped foot in this man's office but was told in the Cox South ER the Radiologist felt that my CT scans indicate a lymphoma or a papillary carcinoma involving the lymph nodes and I should be admitted for a biopsy and PET scan now..He scheduled a consult for 4 weeks later. My friend is an oncologist in FTW, TX & said this biopsy had to be done ASAP. Walk away from Cox and go to a larger city. Seriously. The Hippocratic oath means nothing to these "doctors"

I explained to this man that I've had the same condition since June 2015 and it has never resolved. Sent me for a CT scan and his interpretation of the scan led him to say "it looks viral, let's just see if it clears up on its own." After over a YEAR of being ill. He also claimed my pain was "clearly dental related" even though I have a pocket of fluid in my sinuses with a visible cyst. He just did not listen to me or care. Switched ENTs and will never go back.

Canceled my surgery twice, i got upset about this so he confronted me 5 min before surgery! He is just a very unprofessional person which i wouldn't even go to my follow up appointment after surgery!!! Also would not answer any questions on my condition! Except for telling me i have cancer over the phone! Just no respect or trust for this person!!!!!!!
