Dr Provenzano and his excellent staff significantly reduced the pain and cyatica caused by a bulging disc at S1. Dr Provenzano inspired me to do my best at PT with Steve Hoffman’s group and I get stronger every day. He also addressed several cervical spine issues that were so painful I couldn’t drive and barely get any sleep. In 1 month I’m almost pain free. Thank you Doctor Provenzano and your staff! I’ve had visits and follow up care with Dr.Provenzano and his staff. When I first saw the doctor I had extreme pain and could hardly walk. After treatment I had immediate relief. Dr. Provenzano is a compassionate and caring doctor. He and his staff are consummate professionals. I would recommend anyone who has pain issues to see him. I will recommend him to my family and friends.

I previously left a 5 star review (dated 4/11/21) for this doctor. I still wish I could go to him. However, in May of this year, I was scheduled for a genicular nerve RFA. I had a diagnostic test procedure and then was scheduled for the RFA. Prior to the actual procedure, I was contacted by Kristy, office manager. She said I had to pay upfront $175 for the doctor and told me it would cost around $300 for the surgical center. I have great insurance, but she refused to submit it to Aetna, saying it was not covered. I told her if it was not covered, that I would get a denial and could appeal. She said there was no appeal. Aetna insurance rep called her and was told the same thing, that she refused to submit. I wanted to talk to the doctor but was told no. So I would like to ask Dr. Provenzano: are you aware that Kristy is asking for money from your patients? Do you agree with this? I will now find another doctor, one that has a staff that will help the patient without being so nasty.

My last visit with Dr. Provanzo was a follow up after a Thoracic radiofrequency ablation. I think it has worked, I am in no pain right now. Hopefully this will last for awhile. I am so pleased that he performed this procedure. He is very professional and I love his staff they treat you like family.

Dr. Provenzano and his entire staff are without question the very best! I can't stress this enough! The level of professionalism, dedication, and empathy I felt as a patient, you just don't find anywhere nowadays, I found it at Pain Diagnostics and Intervention. I suffered from CRPS in my left knee, I am now 99% pain free! I could not imagine what my life would be like if I I had not been under Dr. Provenzano and his staff's care. I thank them all for giving me back my life! I strongly recommend this doctor!

Was at a pain level of 10, couldn't walk or sit down, used a cane to get there. He finally graced me with his presence after waiting in extreme pain for over a half hour. Came In read my MRI which i already new about from PCP, he was there about 3 minutes, scheduled an in injection. Then left. I left in the same severe pain as I came in with. I would give him 0 stars no empathy or compassion, just MONEY.

I want to tell EVERYONE about Dr. Provenzano. I had severe nerve pain running down the outside of my left leg until February 2019 when I had an epidural injection. NO PAIN since that day. Both knees need replacement surgery with terrible pain. Well, in June 2019 Dr. Provenzano did a radio frequency ablation on my worst knee. Immediately and continuing to today, NO PAIN!! Yesterday when at an appointment with my PCP I had to tell him my pain relief stories of the wonderful Dr. Provenzano. Not only was my PCP pleased to hear of my pain relief but also he knew of no doctors who offered the radio frequency treatment...he now has a doctor to refer his patients to who have problems like mine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. David Provenzano to you!!!!!!!!! I had trouble figuring out how to award stars below but in ALL categories I give 5 stars!!!!!

I was there to get a battery replacement in a implant for leg pain. nothing else . he stats telling me that I need to quit smoking before he would do this.. this is the fourth replacement I have had in a little more then 20 years .yes he knows this he did one of the early ones. then he starts talking about the amount of meds. I take... so I left the office upset and it cost me the copay. needless to say I got it done by another doc.

If you smoke, don't waste your time with this guy. He's obnoxious about it. The two injections I let him do were pretty brutal and didn't relieve the pain I'm experiencing. Because of the smoking, his PA let me know our relationship was over. Fair enough, I guess.
