I want to tell EVERYONE about Dr. Provenzano. I had severe nerve pain running down the outside of my left leg until February 2019 when I had an epidural injection. NO PAIN since that day. Both knees need replacement surgery with terrible pain. Well, in June 2019 Dr. Provenzano did a radio frequency ablation on my worst knee. Immediately and continuing to today, NO PAIN!! Yesterday when at an appointment with my PCP I had to tell him my pain relief stories of the wonderful Dr. Provenzano. Not only was my PCP pleased to hear of my pain relief but also he knew of no doctors who offered the radio frequency treatment...he now has a doctor to refer his patients to who have problems like mine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. David Provenzano to you!!!!!!!!! I had trouble figuring out how to award stars below but in ALL categories I give 5 stars!!!!!

I was there to get a battery replacement in a implant for leg pain. nothing else . he stats telling me that I need to quit smoking before he would do this.. this is the fourth replacement I have had in a little more then 20 years .yes he knows this he did one of the early ones. then he starts talking about the amount of meds. I take... so I left the office upset and it cost me the copay. needless to say I got it done by another doc.

If you smoke, don't waste your time with this guy. He's obnoxious about it. The two injections I let him do were pretty brutal and didn't relieve the pain I'm experiencing. Because of the smoking, his PA let me know our relationship was over. Fair enough, I guess.

Terribly rude staff. Front desk and office manager. Ive never been treated so rudely. There wad a mixup with my ins and they left me sittint in the waiting ro9m and then said they wouldnt let me see the dr. He cant be a very caring person if he allows his staff to treat people that way. My name is debbie andersen. I had several strokes and was referred by my neuroligist. Find a different dr

I would highly recommend Dr Provanzano. He performed a spinal cord stimulator implant revision and is an excellent Dr. He is very good when it comes to pre-operative and post-operative procedures. This is the third unit I have had and the experience with Dr. Provanzano is by far the best when compared with the previous two. (thirteen and nine years ago)

Ive been a patient of Dr. Provenzano for 9 years and he and his staff have changed my life! I was on 6 pain meds at that time. Dr Provenzano explained the neuro-stimulator to me and I agreed to the implantation. I was able to get off all of my meds and live with very little pain. He is a very kind and caring man with so much knowledge in his field. He always listens to my concerns and answers my questions. Nov. 2017, I had my 2nd. implant surgery. I am blessed to have found Dr. Provenzano

Dr. Provenzano and his staff rightfully deserve national recognition. I herniated several discs a few years ago, combined with other conditions I wasn't able to do activity I enjoy. After seeing Dr. Provenzano and his efficient, professional staff he got to the root(sic) of the problem and has successfully treated my condition to the point I can lead a normal life. I doubt anyone could find a better doctor anywhere.

Although Dr Provanzano is a great doc his Pa's think they can change your meds, tell you where you should store them and lecture you even though you have been dealing with pain and being compliant in every way. They question why you are even taking meds that either Dr P has ordered or your pcp
