The diagnosis Dr. Ploss gave me delayed the best treatment plan I could have received. I ended up went to ER and had a pace making put in. I would rather go cardiologist in Santa Rosa or in Bay area in the future.

Dr. Ploss is terrific! Extremely knowledgeable and explains things well. The man cares! I've had a multitude of cardiac issues and he jumps on them right away. I went into A-flutter one Sunday and called him to get advice on what hospital to go to on Monday. He said, "Meet me at Ukiah Valley Med. Center in 45 minutes and I'll give you a cardioversion." Issue solved. With other doctors, I've waited months for a cardioversion! I know several other patients and they love him too!

We waited 40 minutes to be seen with no apology from the staff or Dr. Ploss. He apparently did not have time for my father while repeatedly interrupted his complaints of dizziness. We understand it is the end of the day, however we drove hours to see him! Will not come back at all!

With the level of care he provided, I would never come back to him. He made poor judgement and outcome.
