Took my mom to the doctor. We spent there over 3 hours overall. Made several tests and my mom could not pass some of them and the results were wrong. The doctor checked her eyes carefully, then he spent a lot of time on computer filing all her information and finally had no time to answer her...more

I called to make appt. for 4:30 and on or a Saturday. I was told that I would get a call back within 24-48 hours. I was called 1 week later and I on a number that I did not leave. The lady that left a message said they had available on Friday at 2:30! I asked for 4:30 or Saturday. I called again...more
