I've been going to Dr. Palmer for over 16 years. This time for a separated shoulder. Have had three other major surgeries by him and would consider no one else. He also replaced both of my wife's knees. We both are completely satisfied with him and Lyle Myers.

I had an appiintment with Dr. Palmer for a knee problem, and am very satisfied wirh my experience. The office staff was efficient and x-rays were taken promptly. Dr. Palmer appeared after minimal waiting, diagnosed the problem, and prescribed a medication. The overall experience was excellent.

I was referred to Dr. Palmer from another optim office. I drove 2 hours to get there, fired out paperwork, got xrays which made the pain in my knee incredibly worse with all the positioning only to be told that he wouldn't accept my insurance. I was told "you can pay $350 or find another doctor" so now I went from fixing to get surgery to fix my knee to having to search for another doctor and start all over. According to the Secretary at optim they are supposed to check insurance when the appt is scheduled not after they've started doing things.
