Failed to even suggest ideas other than a hearing aid for someone with serious ear, balance, pain, dizzy, mental fog, ear canal swollen, hearing issues except buy a hearing aid. Dr. Palmer is amazing. To all the negative comments on here- consider this- maybe you are just impatient, rude, not in need of an ENT and SHOULD see your primary care doc. Dr. Palmer is fantastic and he knows his stuff, I'd go back to him any day.

I feel like this office was not truthful in the treatment time. The staff was very rude and unfriendly. I feel like they were out for the money more then wanting to help. I will never recommend this office to anyone.
