Harrisonburg, VA |
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dr. Novak and his staff! I lived in the Fairfax area for almost 10 years. I had knee surgery over 8 years ago but anytime you repair a bone on my body I remember it! He was caring, thorough, honest and attentive to what was an ideal treatment plan. You will never go wrong with him over your needs. Thanks again!

Dr. Novak performed ACL reconstruction surgery on my knee. A friend of mine who had the same procedure referred me to him. He was absolutely amazing! Starting from my first office visit, I knew I could trust him with my knee. Thanks to him my knee is back to normal. He is a great surgeon, extremely knowledgeable, experienced, always polite, kind and up beat. He never rushed through the exams. He always spent as much time as necessary with me answering my questions and explaining the procedures.

Dr. Novak is very professional. He has done surgeries on 2 of my children, friends children, and my brother. He has a very professional yet sensitive bedside manor. Especially when dealing with children. He is great for athletes as 2 of my children had athletic injuries. I would highly recommend him to anyone especially athletes.

I saw Dr. Novak for two minutes. He asked if I had indicated I had fractured my hand when I made the appointment. I told him of course I had. (I had x-rays taken at an urgent care center previous to the appointment.) Dr . Novak then said he could not treat me because he did not specialize in hand fractures but that I would need to come back the next day when a hand specialist would be in the office. Fine. Annoying but fine. The kicker is that Dr. Novak charged me for that visit.

I have been injured several times over the past decade and have had experience with many individuals in this industry. I have dealt with amazing people in all aspects of the industry and some not so great. I have to say that Dr. Novak is by far the most thorough, kind, and diligent medical professional I have ever been with in this field. He truly makes his patients feel at ease and gives them all of the important information up front. Overall great doctor.

Doc Novak has operated on my broken down old overweight carcus twice and put me back in action both times. Very attentive, thorough, caring. Very realistic about outcomes and manages expectations from the beginning. This is the guy you want to fix you.
Has no time for his patients does not listen to his patients I like my surgeon to be confident but he's arrogant and that's much different. I never felt like he cared about my well-being at all
