Comfortable with the physician but the wait time to be seen (45 minutes) even with a 9:00am appointment is not acceptable.

Dr. Novak performed ACL surgery on me 3+ yrs ago and did an impeccable job which allowed me to return to high school varsity tennis. Due to an unfortunate fall, the ACL graft is now torn and needs revision surgery. Dr. Novak patiently explained all the options and I will be proceeding with one, with complete trust in his surgical skills. Wonderful and caring doctor!

Dr. Novak has performed both a left and right rotator cuff repair on me. He is both competent and caring. My experience has been a good one considering that I needed both sides done. He has a wonderful staff both at the outpatient center and in the office.

Dr. Novak has seen me for a few different sports injuries. He always puts me at ease, explains his findings thoroughly and in an understandable way. I definitely recommend him. In fact, I have sent several of my teammates and friends to him when they needed an orthopedic doctor.

There was no wait before seeing the nurse or Dr. Novak, and Dr Novak offered a clear and comprehensive analysis of my situation - broken wrist. He answered all my questions. The casting team was great and Dr Novak checked it carefull before I left. Thank you!

Dr. Novak performed ACL/MCL reconstruction surgery on my knee. He was outstanding! This was my second ACL surgery and by far the best experience possible. He is a great surgeon, extremely knowledgeable, experienced, polite, kind and up beat. He never rushed through any exam and always answered any questions I had. He has great bedside manners that my family respected on surgery day. I would recommend to everyone!

My medical records did not match course of action at the visit. I cannot trust the course of action when what was discussed is not what is currently in the records.
