Nature of Complaint:
The Commission determined on 10-24-2007 that the physician was guilty of all charges filed by the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners in 2005 and 2006 for violation of Alabama codes. The physician appealed to stay the revocation of his license on 10-29-2007. The Montgomery Circuit Court issued a stay of the order on 11-19-2007. The Commission on 12-20-2007 then petitioned the Supreme Court of Alabama to issue a writ of mandamus directing the Montgomery Circuit Court to vacate its stay order.
Pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court of Alabama dated 01-16-2009, The Medical Licensure Commission has Revoked the physician's license to practice medicine in the State of Alabama.
