Dr. Montgomery spends time w/patients, listens to concerns & provides explanations to all questions. He & the nurses seem to truly care about the well being of patients & do all they can to assist in their care. However, the majority of his front office staff is incompetent & disorganized. To them, you are just another annoying patient that they have to deal with. Scheduling is a nightmare & you are passed off to 5 different people before you get a straight answer. Absolutely terrible.

I was kept waiting an hour in the outside waiting room when I asked to reschedule and then the desk person told me I had to wait till Sept. for a reschedule. I said this is ridiculous and waited. I had a 3:15 appt. was 15 m. early waited for another 45 m. in the inside waiting rm. did not see Dr. Montgomery until 5:15. The scheduler was quite disrespectful and lacked any social graces when giving me my next appt. date. Dr. Montgomery was apologetic for the time wait and a polished individual

I am a relatively new patient of Dr. Montgomery and recently developed some cardiac issues which required immediate attention. Dr Montgomery was able to diagnose my problem and began to treat me with much care and professionalism.During this process of treating me and lowering my pressure he was very caring in subscribing the right medication. In the beginning of treating my pressure we had to change the dosage of the meds. Dr . Montgomery and his associates as well as his staff were very he
