I have suffered from pain and discomfort in my neck for years. I had seen numerous doctors, PT's, chiropractors and sought other remedies over the last 7 years to no avail. At my wits end because I started having radiating pain and numbness down my right arm, I was referred to Dr. Minges. What a true lifesaver. First, he LISTENED! He took the time to honestly listen to all of my history, my concerns, etc. He went through a very thoughtful approach to uncover what has happening and then putting together a plan of action, once we knew that surgery was needed. We tried pain management via epidural injections and did PT to keep me as healthy as could be until the time we could get in surgery while living through a global pandemic. Surgery was a massive success. The healing process, although long and uncomfortable for the first 6 weeks, was worth it. Dr. Minges, his NP Amy and Nurse Felicia are an amazing and caring team of professionals and I'm happy to have trusted them with my health.

I am currently seeing Dr. Minges for a workers compensation neck injury. I feel he has listened to my concerns and has been able to explain both the conservative treatment and surgery options. Dr. Minges has been professional and honest. I would recommend Dr. Minges to anyone who needed spine care and surgery.

Dr. Minges saw me in May 2018 for a work related injury to my cervical spine. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and after exhausting other treatments, it was decided that I needed fusion surgery with hardware. I am very early in my recovery, but I am feeling very good as compared to the way I felt prior to surgery. Knowing that i will always have effects from this, the alternative would have been misery!! He is honest, upfront, and I would recommend him to anyone needing cervical care.

I saw Dr. Minges last year for a neck issue that was nearly disabling. The staff was wonderful and efficient in every way. Dr. Minges spent a long time with me asking questions and examining me. He was kind and compassionate while being professional in his demeanor. He showed me my xrays and MRI. He appropriately diagnosed my condition and advised treatments that prevented a surgery that several others had recommended. Within several months, I had my life back. Thank you, Dr. Minges.

Dr. Minges is incredible. He helped me with my back pain (surgically) and spent soooo much time explaining everything. He also took on my insurance who was hesitant at authorizing necessary treatment. With out his professional care and personal compassion, I would be in a world of hurts.

Went for consultation on neck before rotator cuff surgery. Mri's showed 3 herniated cervical discs I returned after 3 weeks telling him the pain in back and neck had become unbearable. He asked if I was an interveneous drug user and pushed my sleeves up to see. Four months later and in constant pain my current Doctor diagnosed me with brachio cervical inflammatory myopathy a painful autoimmune disease where paraspinal muscles had rotted away. He thought I was a drug seeker and dismissed me.

Avoid Dr. Minges like the plague. He is beholden to workers comp and does not care even the slightest bit about his patients. I had a 360 fusion, which is two major surgeries, and he released me to light duty in 22 days. I called five other doctors and that borders on malpractice. Most said it would be two or three months. Beware!
