Doctor Miller is the absolute best at what he does. He performed surgery on both my hands for carpal tunnel and I had immediate relief from pain and problems with my hands. He and is whole Staff are very professional and helpful and would recommend him 100% for surgery. I have seen Dr Miller for multiple problems with my hands. He takes his time and listens to what I have to say. I never feel rushed. He offers multiple ways to take care of your problems but never pushes you into a decision. I highly recommend his practice.

I would definitely recommend him to everyone who needs hand surgery. I went in with pain in my left hand and he diagnosed it as carpal tunnel syndrome. He schedule an appointment to operate, did so, was very efficient. I watch the operation and I’m amazed at the expertise of this doctor. I am five days out of surgery and I’m feeling pretty good and know that once I have my stitches out I will feel even better. The Reston surgical center is in efficient great place instead of going to a hospital.

I have painful Dupytrens and was rejected for treatment by another doctor. Not bad enough he said. Yet both hands were limiting my daily activities of living, compromising my life and joy. David Miller saw immediately the opportunity to improve my life, explained the office procedure and did it immediately. Six weeks later, I am still pain free, younger, more active, happier, and thanking God for Dr. Miller's experience, knowledge, compassion, and willingness to put my quality of life in the forefront of his daily practice.

Nothing but good to say about Dr. Miller, and indeed the whole staff at the office. Dr. Miller has helped me with a wrist injury and more recently a shoulder injury (both successfully, I should say). His PA takes a thorough history so that he can get right to it when he comes to the exam room. He discusses options and has always made me feel like a partner in the process. I chose Dr. Miller on the advice of a friend, and he will always be my go-to. Another good bit of advice: schedule an early appointment, if possible. I only had an afternoon appointment once (all others were first thing in the morning) and the wait time was longer with the later appointment. But, to me, that's a sign that Dr. Miller is both in demand and that he takes time with his patients.

I first visit Dr Miller for an 2nd opinion on a Trigger Finger. After a quick exam Dr. Miller said yup Trigger finger and at this stage you need Trigger Finger Release Surgey. I knew I needed this but was reluctant. He assured me that he has done this type of surgey a lot. After a month after Surgey, my finger was really stiff and I sore. I went back and Dr. Miller said the Trigger finger surgey was a succcess for I had developed tinnitus. I also had the beginning of Trigger finger on another digit. The treatment was Two cortisone shot, one in for Tinnitus and one for the new Trigger finger. To be honest, IT HURT LIKE HELL. It's been over 4 weeks and I happy to say things are 100% better at this moment. Thanks Doc,

I had a very quick, simple surgery and all of the medical staff treated me so kindly. All of the med staff introduced themselves, explained exactly what they were doing, and told me what to expect next. Dr Miller was warm and friendly, but straightforward Very easy scheduling; all admin staff followed up when they said they would.

My wife and I were blown away by the high level of care we received at Town Center. The staff is so knowledgeable and empathetic, from the tech who first saw me, to the PA to Dr. Miller himself. The thorough explanation of my injury really helped me understand what was going on, and made me feel especially confident that the course of treatment was the right one. It's never great to have a serious injury, but just knowing there are great health care teams like this almost makes it worth it!
