Great doctor and support staff
Dr. Mack performed a TKR on my left knee in 2014, using Conformis. I was so pleased with it all that I came back (currently living in Fort Worth area) when it was time for my right knee. I highly, highly recommend him.

Totally Appreciative
I recently underwent a shoulder replacement performed by Dr. Mack and I the operation went extremely well. It's only been 2 weeks and I'm healing nicely. I'm looking forward to regaining my mobility. I am completely satisfied with the results of my surgery and would recommend Dr. Mack to anyone contemplating a similar procedure.

I arrived a little early and was prepared to wait but I was called back quickly, got my X-rays done by a friendly radiologist and then met with Dr. Mack. He was polite, informative and he’s going to fix my knees. Everyone I spoke with was very nice. I had heard of him through patients of his who were very happy with their results.

He was absolutely no help to me, hence why I never went back. He was in a hurry to leave the patient room and didn’t seem at all concern about my hip situation and offered no help.

I was checking back with Dr Mack about my right shoulder and my pain level. The surgery was successful, but my bones are old and brittle. After taking over my care, Dr Mack had sent me to another doctor for pain management. We talked and my decision is that I made another appointment with Dr. S Patel to move forward with her plan with my pain. I appreciate Dr Mack’s patience with listening to my concerns.

I would not recommend Dr. David Mack!. His staff is very nice but his work is has not proved to be effective. It has taken over a year to begin to get just some results. He also does not take responsibility for his work. Have waited a long while to write this review.

Dr. Mack and his PA Thai are wonderful. I knew Thai from when he worked with Dr. Elbaz before he retired and was glad he was still with the practice. He did my PRP+ injections today, both knees. Process was quick and virtually painless. I’ve been coming to this practice for 12 years as needed and am so happy with them. Highly recommend.

I switched to Dr. Mack after my doctor retired. I like him and think he is very knowledgeable. My only complaint is that you never know who you will see when you make an appointment with him. I have made four appointments to see him and specifically asked to see Dr. Mack each time. Once I was told he wasn't scheduled when I arrived and would be seeing a PA. so I rescheduled since I was getting test results and wanted to discuss those results with the doctor. So, the next time I went back the doctor came in fur a few moments, left and then sent in the PA who spent more time with me. At yesterday's appointment I was again surprised when Dr. Mack did not walk in but some Dr. I had not met before. Dr. Mack was a no show at that appointment. So while I have liked everyone I have seen at this office it is still disappointing when you make an appointment with a specific Dr and he doesn't show up.
