I actually saw Dr. Brooks, Dr. Mack’s Associate. He gave me a cortisone shot in my shoulder for the pain I was experiencing there. I love both Dr. Mack and Dr. Brooks!!

I went in with a lot of pain in my left shoulder. I saw a different Dr. and had an injection with little results. Dr. Mack explained that my pain may be coming from a pinched nerve in my neck. He prescribed something for nerve pain and it has helped tremendously. I'm waiting for an MRI of my neck. Dr. Mack did surgery on my right shoulder over 20yrs ago and I've never had any issues. I trust Dr. Mack and his staff implicitly and highly recommend them. They represent the "Care" in Healthcare. Truly an awesome team!

Dr. Mack and his PA Thai are wonderful. I knew Thai from when he worked with Dr. Elbaz before he retired and was glad he was still with the practice. He did my PRP+ injections today, both knees. Process was quick and virtually painless. I’ve been coming to this practice for 12 years as needed and am so happy with them. Highly recommend.

I switched to Dr. Mack after my doctor retired. I like him and think he is very knowledgeable. My only complaint is that you never know who you will see when you make an appointment with him. I have made four appointments to see him and specifically asked to see Dr. Mack each time. Once I was told he wasn't scheduled when I arrived and would be seeing a PA. so I rescheduled since I was getting test results and wanted to discuss those results with the doctor. So, the next time I went back the doctor came in fur a few moments, left and then sent in the PA who spent more time with me. At yesterday's appointment I was again surprised when Dr. Mack did not walk in but some Dr. I had not met before. Dr. Mack was a no show at that appointment. So while I have liked everyone I have seen at this office it is still disappointing when you make an appointment with a specific Dr and he doesn't show up.

There was a very long wait my first visit, with many forms to complete, forms I should have been able to complete beforehand, online. Personnel were very friendly and kind, though, which made things better. I had x-rays and finally saw Dr. Mack, who was kind, friendly and informative. He reviewed my x-rays and said I needed both a hip replacement, which he doesn’t do, and knee replacement, which he does do. He asked me to decide which one I wanted to do first, but recommended my seeing his associate, Dr. Tanous, for consultation about my hip. I did see him and was very pleased with his manner and information for me. I’ve decided to have hip replacement done first. I also requested pain meds, which my pcp would not prescribe and they were called right in to my pharmacy. Excellent service when I needed it most! I would highly recommend this whole practice!

Dr. Mack is accessible and courteous. He repaired both my rotator cuffs and thank goodness I can use my arms in my senior years. He has state of the art technology to place shots if needed through the years. I really like his partner Dr. BROOKS as well. Practically no pain when given the cortisone shot.
