Absolutely appalled at this practice. After waiting over an hour in the overly crowded waiting room, I politely went back to the front desk and asked that my co-pay be refunded, I was not staying any longer for my appointment. Judging by the other comments, it seems their practice is to overbook and not care about us as patients. I felt extremely badly for the disabled elderly that were waiting even longer than I in very uncomfortable chairs. The fact that these doctors don't care about them is

I had a fall at home and found out I had several broken bones in my rt. shoulder and a torn rotater cuff. Dr. LIn repaired my shoulder and got me physical therapy in my home. His staff was always very personable and I never had to wait very long. I either saw Dr. Lin or his PA and have no complaints.

Absolutely horrible!!! I went to Dr. Lin to see what I had done to my knee and for pain relief. He x-rayed the injured knee and he said (tendonitis). Best thing he could to was a cortisone shot with physical therapy. 3 hours later I was in excruciating pain. My knee was the size of a cantaloupe and I called Dr. Lin's office and receive no return call for 2 weeks. 1 cortisone shot, 15 therapy sessions and 6 limping months later. Went to a new doctor to find out I had a torn Mensicus!!!

Dr. Lin has an esteemed background and he's very personable. However, he usually spends only 5-6 min. with me and I always leave feeling like it was a waste of my time and money.

When I walked into Dr. Lin's office- 3-4 young women working at the front desk. Not one greeted or acknowledged me or any other patients that followed. Does this office not realize that the patients are the ones that pay their salary? A quick hello goes a very long way. I was told 2 Rx's were called into my pharmacy, drive 26 miles to Walgreens only to find out nothing was ever called in. Dr. Lin- please consider a training session for your employees.
