I did not even get to see Doctor Lin. I stopped at the front desk ten minutes early to check in with the staff person. Forty minutes later, I went up again to check on my status, and was told Dr Lin would be with me shortly. After another hour of waiting, during which time the front desk staff person got up and left, I went again to a now empty desk to see what was going on. The back desk staff had to come up and help, only to find that the initial staff person had never even checked me in. The same happened to another woman in the waiting room. The back desk staff person was very helpful and apologetic, and offered to reschedule. No thank you. With front desk staff this terrible it’s not worth the hassle of trying to come back. Never experienced such bad service before.

After unfortunately ending up as an inpatient at Abrazio Central, I was very lucky to be assigned Dr. David Lin from Cardiovascular Consultants. He really listened to all of the medical issues I have had and really took his time fully explaining what was needed going forward. I have been to two follow up appointments at his office and his extremely caring attitude as well as professional attention to fine tuning the best care, is so reassuring to a newly diagnosed patient. Thank you so much Dr. Lin and I would whole “heartedly” recommend him if you need a cardiologist!!!

Dr Lin is a nice guy and knows his stuff. He scheduled several tests related to my shortness of breath. At the next appt, to hear the results of the tests, Lin’s report didn’t make sense. I went home with a printed copy of the results. Found out he had discussed and given me the results of another patient’s tests. My real problem is with CVC staff who stonewalled me and after 6 calls never did get me the correct test results. Four stars for Lin; mistakes happen. Zero stars for CVC staff.
