I had a consult with Dr. K. on 12/2/16 & was excited about finally getting a clear diagnosis & a plan toward pain relief. I dropped off my existing MRI of which he said he would review & call back about how to proceed. To this date, 1/10/17 & after several calls to his office he has not followed...more
