On the first visit when I started to ask a question he said,”If your not a neurosureon stop right there!” and he fails to return phone calls. He doesn’t read the radiologist’s reports because “they just look at pictures!” I started having problems and his receptionist diagnosed me over the phone...more

We regret the negative experience. Our goal is to return calls the same day. Non emergent calls may be addressed the next day due to doctor being in surgery. MRI results are given at the time of appointment and documented. At times, it may take a week to come back into the office to review the results of your MRI. During phone calls, medical staff will revert to Dr. Kosmoski's notes to help explain any symptoms a patient is experiencing, discussing only the diagnosis made by Dr. Kosmoski.

With that office I felt like more of a number than a person. I felt completely comforted and welcomed by Dr. Kosmoski's staff...more
