Dr. Kay was very UNPROFESSIONAL in the way he handled my grandson's case. We were sent to have my grandson's nose cauterized because of severe nose bleeds. He was beating around the bush about what to do . We told him that we were there for this procedure and he proceeded by telling my grandson that this was going to HURT. Shame on your behavior Dr. Kay with a 7 year old. Once he finished he said done and walked out of the room with no follow up instructions. I can't believe his behavior.

How does a medical center allow a type of person like this doctor to check children? My experience was terrible !! he had a bad disposition to assist us, he did not let us talk or explain anything, he wanted to leave the office after 5 minutes of arriving and when I asked him how long will the recovery of the surgery last his answer was: your son will have a miserable week !!

Dr. Kay has been treating my son since he was an infant, he is now 3 1/2 and he is the ONLY doctor that properly diagnoses my son whenever he has a sinus infection. I recommend Dr. Kay to everyone who asks for an excellent pediatric ENT.

I drive over an hour each direction to bring my kids to see Dr. Kay, passing many other ENT's along the way. It's worth every minute of the drive! There is no one better. He's the greatest!

Dr Kay has a great sense of humor. He made me and my kids laugh and laugh! He really put us at ease when we were nervous about deciding about surgery. We love him!

My cousin is a local anesthesiologist - they really know who the good surgeons are, and who are the butchers who just put on a good show in the office. He says that Dr. Kay is one of the best surgeons he has ever worked with! He's the guy all the doctors in the hospital and the community take their kids to, so he's my daughter's surgeon! And her surgery went flawlessly (I know from asking the anesthesiologist).

Didn't waste my time! We were seen right away from the waiting room. (The other doctors were all running behind). Dr. Kay got me right to the point, and after a thorough examination, explained how we could fix the problem. He didn't waste time trying a bunch of stuff that doesn't work, and didn't make me come back to the office over and over again like all our other doctors did. Now my son is all better! Finally, a doctor who realizes that my time is just as valuable as his.

I wish I read these reviews before I went with my little girl! Absolutely the worst Doctor I have ever been to. He rushed us In the room, didn't try to make my daughter fee comfortable as he is sticking a tongue depressor down her throat! He speaks a mile a minute and I felt so rushed! Horrible experience.

I would never recommend this ENT to anyone. Very dismissive of severity of symptoms, plain rude, shows no compassion toward child-patient, patronizing to parents, and his first and last concern is billing $$$. He does not take the time to listen to patient, assumes (incorrectly) he knows what you are going to say, and gets very aggravated if you ask ONE reasonable question. Did not even return calls from ER doctors or pediatrician!! I should have switched sooner!

This doctor is NOT there because he wants to help people. 1 hour 45 mins in the waiting room. Overheard several confused people being told that they would have to pay 10% plus other charges. Dr Kay was extremely dismissive, talked over and interrupted me. He did not care to look at the records I brought. He did nothing for us and seemed in a big hurry for us to leave. They have a separate exit, I guess they don't want the people in the waiting room hearing all the disgruntled patients leaving.
