He is a magnificent surgeon. He is responsible, dedicated, caring, and very knowledgeable. Yes, he hardly communicates and builds rapport, but without a doubt you will fall in love with his motivating character which pushes you through the recovery phase. He is an amazing surgeon who has committed his life to saving lives. Our family loves and appreciates him wholeheartedly.

Can't recommend him, he performed surgery on my wife and did not provide a realistic picture of the path tor recovery and sadly she's gone now.
in Fontana, CA |
Absolutely amazing. Thorough and professional. We trust him every step of the way.
Rancho Cucamonga, CA |
Dr. Imagawa is AMAZING at what he does! He proformed my Whipple in September and everything went better then expected. I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon or hospital.
Los Angeles, CA |
Cancer is terrifying enough and was not at all prepared for the unnecessary rude treatment by Imagawa. We turned to UCI trusting they had an excellent medical staff. Shocked to meet a doctor who was unprofessional and arrogant. Surprised to see that UCI hired and kept someone as abusive as him. He had students or interns with him each time he spoke to us so there is no way UCI is not aware of his inability to treat people with respect. This was a traumatizing experience no one should go through

Dr. Imagawa performed a Whipple procedure in December 2015 to remove a cancerous tumor on my pancrease. The surgery went perfect and I am returning to normal completely healed and cancer free. I completely trust Dr. Imagawa as he is one of the best doctors on the planet. His follow up is superior concerned with my well being and my future health. Follow every advice he gives, he is truly concerned that your recovery is successful.
