I was and have been pleased with the explanation of what was causing my pain, the options to alleviate my pain were discussed without attempting to sway my decision. Dr. Jones and his staff were genuinely kind, concerned, honest, and efficient. All of my questions were answered and I was not inhibited about asking any question. Five years earlier, Dr. Jones treated another condition of my wrists and fingers, the treatment resolved the pain and I have complete full function of my hands and fingers. I totally trust Dr. Jones (he knows the anatomy, treatment, and functions) of the bones, nerves, tendons, muscles. I definitely would recommend Dr. Jones for orthopedic treatment, he is the best!

I went to Dr Jones after seeing other doctor's and not getting any relief for my thumb pain. Dr Jones was willing to do surgery to relieve my pain. I ended up having surgery on both thumbs. I am so grateful to be relieved of the pain thanks to Dr Jones.

I would recommend Dr. Jones to anyone having hand pain. My thumb surgery with him relieved the severe pain I was experiencing, so much so that he will be doing the surgery on my other thumb too! My husband also received pain relief with his knuckle replacement from Dr. Jones. He’s such a kind and compassionate person. His PA and staff are also Great!!

Dr. Jones is phenomenal! I am extremely anxious in any medical setting. His demeanor put me at ease when he walked into the room. Dr. Jones took time with me, explaining my options and what he recommended. I never felt like he was rushing to his next patient. He talked with me in the operating room right before surgery, making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Jones truly cares about his patients as people. His staff is wonderful as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones, you will be well taken care of!

Doctor Jones previously did a carpal tunnel surgery for me which I wish I had done 20 years earlier. Had the best results! This time I went to him to understand why my index finger was drifting toward and over my middle finger. He explained everything and outlined my various options. He did not pressure me to do surgery, in fact, said other less invasive options could be helpful to try first. He is friendly and respectful.

Dr. David Jones came highly recommended to me. He is a very personable, kind, caring, knowledgeable doctor. He listens attentatively, explains very well what is happening in language you can understand, and uses a pamphlet so you can see as well as listen to what he is explaining. I had two cortisone shots given - one for my injury and one for a problem finger. Each time the nurse sprayed the spot, he inserted the needle, said ouch and just kept talking and asking if I was okay. He shared that a family member had what I had and recovered very nicely in two weeks and had no problems since. His nurse was very kind and efficient. She came into the room while I was waiting and said that Dr. Jones had gotten an emergency and would be late. She asked if she could get me anything. When Dr. Jones came in, he apologized. He didn't hurry even though the emergency took about 40 minutes, which put him behind. It goes to show that every patient is of the upmost importance to him.

I went to see Dr. Jones ten days after I fell, because it was during CoVid precautions and I wanted my face to clear up. Orthopedic Institute felt very safe! The staff wore masks and social-distanced. The doctor looked at my hand, had it X-Rayed, and then listened to my concerns as he decided how to treat my break (two parts of joint where pinky meets the hand). He chose a state of the art splint. I was able to continue writing, typing, cooking, and sewing as my hand healed. He then prescribed at-home exercises to get flexibility and strength back after the splint was off. The whole time, I felt that Dr. Jones Jr. respected my feelings as he chose the course of action just right for me.

I am currently treating with Dr. David Jones for swelling in my right wrist and hand. I have been treated with patience, kindness and concern by the entire staff. His nurse clearly has a deep passion for her work and truly cared about how I felt. Dr. Jones took his time, made eye contact and was thorough and gentle. Extraordinary gifted physician. I would refer my family or friends to him with confidence.

I already have recommended Dr. Jones to another person who suffers from Dupuytren's Contracture. He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever seen. He sincerely cares about getting the best possible results for his patients. He is never in a hurry and I am very happy with the relief I've gotten under Dr. Jones' treatment.

Dr. Jones is an excellent surgeon, and is totally committed to his patients. When I broke my wrist, I was in surgery within two days. I was able to come home with a pain block, which helped so much, as the surgery was quite painful. The after care and therapy has been awesome as well. I would have Dr. Jones as my surgeon again in a heart beat. His nurses and his PA are amazing care takers as well.
