Over an hour wait to see him; did not answer my questions - actually avoided answering them. Very frustrated and disappointed in my meetings with Dr. Hatfield. Wait time between appointments was ridiculously long.

DONT GET BACK SURGERY THROUGH HERE!!! I called the clinic to ask Dr. Hatfield's team to prescribe a stronger pain medication for my wife since she had just had surgery. I was very upset because I had originally told them that she has a very high tolerance for medications. When they called me back they pretty much told me she had to deal with this pain. I told them that our insurance company had paid them several thousand dollars to do this surgery and to make sure that her pain was manageab
