I saw Dr Hartman for about 6 months and every time i saw him he was argumentative and difficult. It was a hostile and uncomfortable environment, he did not seem to have any empathy or understanding and felt more like an angry warden than a doctor. I will never go back

I found this doctor to be completely useless outside of refilling my medications. His staff doesn't return phone calls and as a result it is impossible to reschedule appointments. We never once discussed my actual illness (Type-1 Bi Polar Disorder) and he dismissed me as a patient leaving me with only a 30 day refill knowing the lead time on find a new psychiatrist is 90 - 120. Do not bother calling this doctor.
