Dr. Harter performed a risky surgery by performing a subtotal resection of a JPA tumor growing out of my 12 year old daughter's brainstem. He managed to get out more tumor than anticipated and caused her no neurological deficits. I didn't trust any other doctor but him and I got many opinions....Read More
