In addition to routine eye care, have had 2 cataract surgeries with implants. No longer need glasses for distance or reading. I highly recommend Dr. Garrett.

Dr. Garrett is an excellent surgeon. He is easy to talk with, understands your concerns, explains your diagnosis and prognosis in layman's terms.

With sight in only one eye, I had concern about having the cataract removed from my good eye, but my vision was so cloudy and my astigmatism so severe, I had reached the point where it was illegal for me to drive. Dr. Garrett was recommended to me by a friend and I immediately was taken by his knowledge and professionalism. The surgery was scheduled. The results the next day were nothing short of miraculous. I now see 20/15 without glasses. The couple days of mild discomfort were nothing. Do it!

Dr. Garrett has been my ophthalmologist for many years. I can't say enough good things about him. I have lousy eyes and he has detected two retinal tears and sent me for emergency treatment immediately. In one case, he was able to see me on an emergency basis the day I started having vision changes. In the other case, he was performing a follow-up (thank goodness he suggested it!), and detected another tear. He also recently performed cataract surgery and laser treatment to implant a new lens.

Dr Garrett has removed cataracts from both eyes with excellent results. I can read small print without any glasses. I feel very comfortable being in his care and would recommend him to all my family and friends.

Dr. Garrett was recommended to me and I am very pleased with my care and outcome. I am a registered nurse with many years of experience in hospital practice and surgery and I found his practice was exceptional. I have an out come following cataract surgery, that is perfect. My astigmatism is corrected, and my vision perfect. I have worn glasses and contacts since I was seven and the joy of seeing is beyond belief. His use of laser made this the easiest surgical experience I have ever had.
in Georgetown,Ky |
I recently had surgery to remove cataracts. The procedure was done with laser that also corrected my astigmatism and a Toric lens implant. I am amazed at the results ! I could see a difference in my vision immediately and it continues to improve daily! The procedure was painless & requires very little down time ! Dr. Garrett was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this procedure. I have worn glasses or contacts since I was a child and now I can see without anything. I am very pleased

I had cataract surgery plus laser for Astigmatism.. I am so pleased with the results. I have worn contacts or glasses since I was a teenager, now I don't have to wear either. The procedure was painless. It's amazing and I am 100 percent satisfied with the whole experience. I recommend Dr. Garret to anyone with vision problems, you will not be disappointed
in Lexington, KY |
Dr. Garrett is extremely professional and did fantastic cataract surgery on my left eye. There was a horrid rain tonight and I could see the road and the cars perfectly. Two weeks ago, I would never considered driving in the pouring rain at night.
