I went to Dr. Frankel after an imaging report provided a diagnosis of a rare condition and suggested I see a vascular surgeon. Dr. Frankel berated me for wasting his time, telling me I couldn't possibly have the condition. I mentioned my imaging report. He then berated the "idiot" who wrote the report. I then showed him the report, which was written by him. He said he just meant I "could" have the condition, that I didn't have it, and I was wasting his time.
