This is Jane Schminke Dave Schminke wife who was with him on all appts w Dr F. He was seeing Dave for ftball injuries q 6 mo. Dr F ordered & verified a diabetic blood test. Blood test date 6/13/15. Fu appt Dr F never said a word re diabetes, a1c was 7.3. Anything >6.5 is diabetic! I'm stating that both Dave and I are 100% certain he never said anything! Another a1c done in 2017 had 8.8 read. Dr F finally told Dave he has diabetes. To date Dave gets runaround from WS. No apology from Dr F or WS.
