in Miami, FL |
Dr Font-Rodriguez is a great surgeon, caring and compassionate. Unfortunately, he has awful office staff in The Kendall office. They are rude and unprofessional. Making an appointment is like pulling teeth, and waiting times of two or three hours are not uncommon.
North Miami Beach, FL |
I never got to meet the Dr. I have a bad shoulder sprain and booked an appointment to see the dr for the first time The day of my appointment I arrived on time to the dr's office just to learn that the doctor was not coming to the office that day! I was outraged! I waited for three weeks to get that appointment. His assistant claimed she had called me and left a message. However, I did not have any missed call or message from them. It is unacceptable to leave patients on pain without an appt.

This office is a sweat shop. I have waiting for almost 2 hours and the personnel does not have any customer service skills whatsoever. Many times you do not see Dr. Font Rodriquez but his physician assistant. Terrible service and absolutely no follow up from there office if you need copies of records, xrays or analysis.
We appreciate all feedback. Our primary goal is to provide the best experience and outcome for each patient. Having said that, our highly trained staff strive to accommodate the needs of each patient, which can some days result in delays, for which we extend our apologies. Although the office is busy, we strive to provide records and results efficiently. As always, we keep an open door, encouraging communication if there is need!

Packed office. I had to fill out paperwork standing up. Receptionist confirmed I had 14 patients ahead of me. Could not wait the approximate 3.5 hrs it would take to see Dr. Font, so I rescheduled for another day. Two days prior to rescheduled appt. I receive a call telling me Dr. Font would not be in office, so I would have to reschedule again. I refused the offer. A month later I receive insurance claim showing insurance was billed $700 for services not rendered and he got paid $53. Hmm

Excellent.
in Miami Florida |
On my first appt to this office after a top notch recommendation it was a zoo!! I waited 2 hours and never saw the doctor. My copayment was charged when I checked in and as I left without being seen the doctor I asked for a refund. At that point the receptionist realized that they had charged my copay to a different patient and the receipt was given to me with the other patients information. I was very disappointed at the lack of respect for the patients time.
Miami Beach, FL |
my experience with the doctor was very positive, however I have not been able to speak with him after trying to touch base with him for at least 3 weeks. I am about ready to seek out another doctor.
in Miami Gardens, FL |
Dr, Rodriquez, is very knowledgeable of rotating cuff damage. He has excellent bedside manners and exhibits concern: compassion and promptness. He is an excellent surgeon, I was left with a minimum visible scar that allows me to wear a tank top without the scar bein visible.
