This doctor cares
Dr. Crumpacker is the most trusted mental health professional I have ever worked with. He truly gets to know his patients and to solve real problems with accurate solutions. His "bedside manner" is unlike any I've ever worked with before. My trust in him is marrow deep.

He Has Cared For Three Difficult Generations
I am going to be real. Who wants to review their psychiatrist? Most of us most don't readily admit we have one, but mental healthcare IS HEALTHCARE. I first met Dr. Crumpacker after he walked into my grandmother's hospital room 29 years ago and she said, "Oh Lord! Here is the shrink!" He won her (and us) over with his charm; however, his intellect, standard of care, education, communication skills, innovative approaches to medicine, candor, and reputation with his peers are unparalleled which is why my grandfather, mom, and I all became patients as well. =) I am a third generation only child and their only grandchild, so he doesn't have to worry about any more of our spawn. Lol! I adore his assistant and I like their business model. I do miss seeing him in person and his coffeemaker is sublime, but I can kickback from home and do a televisit where he can see me as I really am. The best part is I have medical PTSD and I TRUST HIM. If I need him, he is there. And, he is funny.

A doctor that truly cares for their patients is the rarest professional, this doctor turned out to be no exception. After 5 years or so of TMS, medicines, and no help towards my gender reassignment surgery, which I desperately need, no matter how many times I asked for it, Dr. Crumpacker dropped me as a patient the day after I hung up on him for triggering my gender dysphoria; he insisted I was female and denied that there are 64 human s*xes and hundreds of genders- not an opinion, FACTS. Any *educated* doctor of s*xuality would confirm this. His excuse was that I wasn't following his medicine orders. I had told him I had just broken up with my partner and was having a very hard time keeping track with anything and had lost interest in trying out new medicines (not for the first time). Yes, depression does this. And instead of giving me time to recover, he used it as an excuse THIS ONE TIME I hung up on him to drop me as a patient. He even deadnamed me in the note.

I was scheduled for my first visit, via telehealth, and no one ever called. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I do not think that I want someone like this overseeing my healthcare.

Two tele visits, the first he was 44 minutes late, the second 35 minutes late. He's more about pushing TMS magnet therapy ($1,200), Gene Testing (5,200). The worst physician experience ever!

Their office is run so poorly I can't possibly take any more time out of my day trying to fix their errors. Long hold times to speak to anyone, prescriptions getting called to the wrong place and virtual appts taking 1.5 hours when I'm not in therapy with them, only medicine management which is 15 min appts. The real clincher was today, when conveying these issues to Dr. Crumpacker, he couldn't reiterate back to me the issues, which to me said he wasn't listening but made clear I'd be charged for his time. Even though he admitted to taking the person scheduled after me, before me, taking up yet more of my time. If you need the names of some drs offices that run like well oiled machines, msg me. This is not one of them.

The back office staff has failed to get prescriptions to Walgreens AND failed for multiple weeks to get information to a kidney transplant hospital. These are life and death issues and staff has proven to be incompetent. Dr. Crumpacker needs to fix these issues - they reflect directly on him.

We were very pleased at first with Dr Crumpacker and his staff. After a couple of appointments we realized they do not care about their patients. Multiple cancellations from them when patients cant afford to miss an appointment then unwilling to accommodate patient and work with them to reschedule .His office is not about patient care but it is strictly a business, nothing more and when the office manager finds it humerous that a patient is struggling with their mental health there is a problem. No compassion. I would not recommend. Find a doctor that cares about their patients and does not allow their office to treat patients with such disregard. Patient care should always come first above all else and if that is not their goal than find yourself a provider that does
