My GP for 32yrs. Last 2 or 3yrs staff gone downhill. Cant get meds filled on time. Cant leave V-ml -boxes are full. Need to renew prescription. Walgreen's cant get a callback from them. My father tried to get treatment by this doctor for a month and a half with no results. We had to go to another practice who expressed concern about Dr. Crossen's wide range of diagnoses. Have been trying to set an appointment for the last two weeks leaving messages with no return call. Finally reached receptionist and informed me that the are not taking new patients at this time even though this website says otherwise. I will take my money elsewhere.
