LIke the previous review stated; he seems to be out for your money. Office on North Ave. has poor customer service. Packs patients into a small office, that was about 95 degrees. Signed in waited over a half an hour, no acknowledgment, nothing. It was chaotic. Did not inspire any confidence. Maybe a good doctor (never got to see him) but does not know how to run an office. If you are seeing that many patients, invest in a better clinic with a person who knows how to run it, don't be cheap.

WARNING Dr. Chua just wants your insurance $. He's a businessman who squeezes in as many surgeries as possible in a given day. Plan on: 1) Waiting at least 1+ hrs b/c his schedule is packed to make $ 2) Getting a surgery procedure regardless of symptoms or historical medical records 3) Never getting a call back on results or if you had a reaction to medication 4) Triple checking insurance coverage yourself even they tell you're 100% covered 5) Making sure you 1st see him at an OFFICE or else $$$

Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
